Cancellation policies

If the guest cancels the reservation up to 28 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the booking fee, which amounts to 2% of the amount paid, with a maximum amount of €50.00.

If the guest cancels the reservation from 28 days before arrival until the same day (or does not show up), the amount paid will be retained in full.
